A funny thing happened the other day. We were boxing/caching (it's
become a her/his, mom/dad thing in our family to do both together)
and found an odd thing in a geocache (well, they're ALL odd, IMO, but
this was REALLY unusual). It was steel, about an inch square and an
inch and a half tall, with a raised plain cross on one end. Hmmm, sez
us, could it be a piece of typeface? Is not typeface kinda lika a
stamp? WILL it stamp? Well, let's just pull out the old inkpad and
see. Yep. What a nice X! So now that I have this really neat X in my
logbook, does it count as a find?

You know in the Olden days (About 20 years ago) The type face for Newsprint was steal. Someone had to set all of the type in a News paper by hand (One Letter at a Time)
Still a Cool Find :O)
